Wear loose clean underwear made from breathable natural fabric.

I really wish I could change my underwear or at least the crotch piece on long travels or long flights. it’s not easy. One of the options is panty liners and changing them often to keep your vagina dry.  But Do really panty liners help to keep vagina dry or help to increase infections. That’s a big question.
